I am not an expert by any means but I kind of find the people in the video distracting and too much time was spent filming the person on the patio. I like the shot where you show the property in relation to the other homes in the area. I would start out high showing the property in relation to the surrounding properties and slowly pull back to ground level at a point where you can film the whole entrance side of the house. I would film each side of the house and end with the most positive part of the house and then pull away slowly raising altitude. The music was too lively for the type of audience that you plan on reaching. I personally do not think a 2D view of the house from directly above it is necessary, those views can be obtained via the county assessor or Google maps.
