Multiwii Acrobatic Quadcopter - Video

Hi guys this is my first thread so I though I would kick it off by introducing myself but mainly my quadcopter.

My name is Dok and I am from Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia. I have been flying for around 8 months and have only done LOS but am itching to get into FPV soon. ATM I enjoy LOS acrobatic flight.

But on to my quad...

It is a Rosewhite Rachel frame with Tiger MT2208 1100kv and I run it on 4s. I use HK BlueSeries 12A SimonK ESC's and cheap 8x4.5" props. I currently use a Flyduino NanoWii with MultiWii 2.2. The complete quad without battery weighs in around 350g.

It has a power to weight ratio of around 0.8kw/kg and a thrust/weight ratio of around 4.5:1 which makes it awesomely fun to fly. It has a top speed of around 75kph on a fresh battery which is a recipe for big crashes :tennis:

Here is a video...

Awesome Dok! Quite a responsive rig. I'm too scared to try what you're doing as I don't think my quad would take the battering that yours took.
