They will probably have it on the BBC iPlayer later, but I don't think you can watch it from outside the UK. ... Google it and see if you can. Otherwise I will try and record it from the Internet, I'm just not sure how!

rewind the telly recording hover one of your multis infront of telly with gopro fitted and record

thats one way of doing it
