Motors will not arm??

Finally got connected in naza assistant and everything looks right but motors will not arm? QAV 540 NAZA v2 taranis X9D plus tx X8R rx

I have never been able to arm and operate motors when connected to the naza assistant. But when I disconnect and try it everything works fine.
