Mikrokopter MikroKopter Angle Adapters

It appears that MikroKopters need the motors offset slightly as per the following accessory.

My understanding is that these accentuate yaw control and help to balance the motor currents between the cw and the ccw motors for hovering and straight forward flight. But MK does not seem to offer any reasoning on why and how this works. Does anyone here know why and how this works?:dejection:

I can see how that works. With thrust centerline on all motors at 90° the yaw motion of the chopper is completely reliant upon gyroscopic forces induced in biasing rotational speed of propellers. With a small angular change in thrust centerline you introduce thrust into the equation for yaw control in addition to gyroscopic forces. I fly 3638 motors with 16" props on a hex CarbonCore and yaw isn't as nice as with 12" props. I will have to try this idea with shim stock.
