Low Vol Warning is Allways ON(video)

Hi all,

I have the following problem, whenever I connect a fresh charged(25.20) 6S 8000mah Turnigy battery to my S800-Znenmuse combo I get the low voltage warning light, the continuous red blinking even when the battery is fully charged, I have checked the PMU voltage connection to X1 and is always 5.12 or 5.11 volts, some times if I recalibrate compass the red flash goes away at the beginning of flight for one or two flights.

I have reloaded and reinstalled firmware 5.22 and now 5.24 with the same results, I have also reinstalled the standard LED with the same results.

If I turn off the voltage protection everything is ok, I have flown many times without voltage protection on and never had a problem, I´m always very cautious of my voltage I have an alarm in my radio at 20.5v and timer to 7:30 in about 40 flights the low voltage alarm in my radio has never chimed. When I was fliying with voltage protection, except for two or tree fligts never got the red blinking for voltage warning.

I have had this problem for the las 12 to 15 flights

this video shows what I get if voltage protection is on https://vimeo.com/70827405

and this other video tells you everything is working ok(except voltage protection) https://vimeo.com/70259016 this video was from 3 flights I made last week without voltage protection on

Have you calibrated the voltage meter within the Wookong? (I'm assuming you are using a Wookong.) I.e. have you verified that the voltage in the Software Assistant matches the input voltage?

Yes I have done that many times but still the same results, last night I reinstalled the 5.24 firmware the problem seem to be resolved as I recycled power for at least 7 times and never got the low voltage warning I'm flying in a few minutes and see if I have corrected the issue.

thanks for your input

Hi I have solved the problem seems that some how with the reinstalling of firmware and recalibrating(things I did before many times) the problem went away.

Gracias amigo un abrazo desde Oaxaca Mexico
