Lipo Internal Resistance Question

Good morning, tried some of the links but they've expired.
Anyway my question, I have 5 S1 3.7v cells for a small drone,
The flight times seem to be in order of lower IR packs fly longer,
Can the IR of the short flight time packs be conditioned or processed to a lower IR?

you cant lower your battery IRit only gets worse the more u use it but you can slow it down by doing good battery care though.
