Its the LAW! Myths and Fact

Ok.. I have been trying to look in to the law in the UK for flying my MR and am struggling to clarify things and am unsure where to get the correct information. We have the CAA in the UK and in the US its the FAA.

It would be good for those in the know to post information in here that we can all digest and go further in searching out the information relevant to our flying area, and to help if you are thinking of making a box and flying to another country to fly, if you know what I mean.

If we all know where we stand it will make us all more professional and with that comes respect. I had a run in the other day with a park ranger and if I had know more I may have not been sent off with my tail between my legs.. grrr

Park Rangers can spot a Model Flyer from a distance and will do everything in their power to quote the relevant Bye Laws prohibiting Model Flying. Give them any lip and you're a marked man !

CAP 722 is about to change again, not sure in what way but should be any time soon. We are lucky to have some sensible rules that allow commercial AP. In the USA it seems years off. I think they are facing a CB radio type situation there, where so many people start doing it its impossible to regulate them.

in the US there are both myths and facts. from what i know from those i've spoken to about their experiences with the FAA, the myths can be facts on one day and on another the facts are myths.
all we can do is wait and try not to incriminate ourselves on a public forums site.

What you ALL are failing to grasp is the difference between LEGAL & LAWFUL, that is where we must ALL start. For those who think they are the same, then think again!

Here's an example:-

When you get married doesnt the vicar say "Marriage is a LAWFUL joining"...not LEGAL joining! So why do you need a marriage certificate?
When you are born, your parents give care & control to the country/government, they givce up ownership of YOU!!!! (you are now a slave)...how did this happen? how could this be? Well let me explain further. You have the HUMAN BEING & you also have the PERSON...the person is a LEGAL fiction created by the birth certificate, the HUMAN BEING is a natural thing, created by God. (no I'm not religious before you all ask).

When her majesty QE2 was coronated in 1952 she signed a CONTRACT before God, saying she would uphold gods law (common law), the bible clearly states "Man is NOT allowed to write his own laws"....so the day her majesty signed her first ACT (notice the word..ACT) she broke her Contract before God...because acts/statutes are man made rules.

I do NOT want ANYONE of you to believe me, I want you to search for yourselves. I have been a freeman for over 1.5years now & hate they way people/sheeple are havign the wool pulled over thier eyes in believing about acts/statutes.
Acts/statutes are only given the force of law by the consent of the governed...if you do NOT consent, then they dont apply....how can this be, well as I said look into it & you will suddenly awaken to the real world.

As a tip, please watch this 5 part youtube video, believe it or not, that is your choice...but please,please,please do watch at least part 1 which is 10 mintes...yes 10 minutes that WILL open your eyes to the B/S we are subjected to daily.

So what is the point of me quoting & showing you all the way? So that you know its not the LAW, but LEGAL in the title of this thread.

I could rant on, but there is no point, I really want you ALL to wake up & see why the world is so wrong.
I live by common law & only 4 things apply.

NO injury
NO loss
NO harm
NO fraudulent contracts
