Is Adjusting Futaba's “Trim Rate”, Same As Expo?

I have a Futaba 14SG and want to turn down the sensitivity of the sticks – at least until I can get mo-beda.:02.47-tranquillity:
I’ve read that other radios use an “expo” adjustment, but I’ve not found that on either the radio, or its manual. Does Futaba call it the “trim rate”, instead?
I’m using a DJI Lite FC on a F550 Quad.

expo resides in the dual rate section with most high end futaba radios.
trim rate is how much trim is applied per button push on the electronic trim radios
