iris plus drifts backwards

can not get it to hold a hover in loiter mode it keeps drifting backwards. this is a new iris plus and using droid planner . have done acel calibration at the field that is the only one I can find in droid planner.

Have you calibrated the compass's ???

Yes several times but in the house there is no option on the tablet program to do that at the field that i can find .

I do believe you have to use a laptop/netbook to run Mission Planner. Then you can connect wireless via the 3DR radio's, and do the compass thing, with no wire attached to the Iris+

That is correct and can do it and then go through 1 or 2 packs and is fine then next one drifts back again .

Only thing left is to update firmware from 3. 2 to 3. 21
