I'm pretty aware of all that's out there and no. Not a kit either. Hubsan makes some TX models with integrated video, but that specfic unit appears to be a custom, probably supplied with a commercial UAV system of some stripe. If you just want a ultra high quality construction RC system, the JETI systems from Europe are available in the US from Esprit Models in Florida. If you want to Roll your own from scratch, I'm aware of at least two open source RC transmitter software packages both written in the popular Arduino platform. Each of these were threaded at one point on the the other forum.

Also, this home-brew piece has Futaba guts, hence the presense of the "whizz-wheel" data input controller device. Probably a gutted 12CG or 14SG.

Seems like one could make a custom package easily enough by building the RC transmitter case using a 3D printer. The 3D printer technology should help to push RC xmitter development c/w FPV much harder now.
