Immersionrc Antenna Tracker problems

Hi guys, was having a few issues with my new Immersionrc antenna tracker, the problem is that I've got a strong VTX link with a very good picture on my Fat Sharks and telemetry is coming out of the right hand channel but the good packets are just not coming though! Once in a while I might get a burst of good packets on the tracker display screen but it's totally unreliable. To try and sort this out I've increased and decreased the volume pot on the tracker display PCB but It makes no change, I've also got the latest firmware on the Immersionrc OSD V1.20 and the same with the Tracker unit v1.14
When I first got the tracker unit the buttons were very sticky and the down button just didn't work until I pressed it a few times so that didn't build much confidence, because this is my first tracker I just don't know if it's my set-up or the tracker unit is U/S
Any thoughts on this would be helpful as I've just run out of ideas and will send it back to Firstpersonview for replacement , HELP!!!!!

Cheers for that Benjamin, I used both of these vids to set the tracker in the first place but they don't have the large bad packets mine seems to have. I hope it's just a noob mistake by myself because I don't want to have to send it back and have the wait that involves. Was hoping to do some long flights with this system over the holidays, ho-hum... Any other idea's guys???

All sorted, It was down to a Hum on my new Immersionrc Uno, a faulty Rx and exchanged and up-graded to a Duo and we are all good to go. A big thanks to Firstpersonview for helping out and sorting my Rx sooo quick even though it was the holiday, they will now be my first port of call for any FPV gear, cheers guys :)
