I flew over London at 500ft

Managed to get a flight over central London today at 500ft. Awesome. And the best bit was, it was all fully sanctioned by the CAA and NATS! I'll get a shot or two posted in a couple of days time when I get back to base.

I have been a big fan of the CAA considering the way they could have approached the whole business. Very forward thinking in my mind and leading the way forward.

Oh, and the class of aircraft, it's my Skyjib 8 that is cleared to a MTOM of 18.5kgs and was flying at 14.5kgs today

That's awesome mate! They are so helpful at the CAA and NATS. I got one of those Enhanced Non-Standard Flight Clearances for Battersea Power Station last weekend and it only took 4 hours. I was well impressed with the efficiency of everything!
