How to return a Phantom or get service?

Unfortunately, my P2Z and/or gimbal are defective. They don't produce smooth footage. I bought it at B&H more than 30 days ago. What are my options?

What is your idea of smooth footage and what does your Phantom produce?

Maybe you need to balance props ?
or the weathers to harsh for a small phantom
