how to control the camera with a tablet?

Hi everybody
recently i was thinking that for some productions it would be really helpful to have the ability to control the direction of a camera gimbal using the inclination of a tablet

so on the tablet you can see in realtime the video signal then tilting and rotating the tablet you control the effective direction of the camera

do exist already something like this?
do someone knows more on this argument?

thanks for the tip papatango but what i'm looking for is a way to use the mobiles-tablets sensors data into a remote control signal
probably using the trainer port of the remote

i have an idea already
