You pay to fix a defective product and give them the opportunity to blame all future issues on your soldering skills. That's a win win situation DJI. You've done it again.

Thanks to DJI my soldering skills is getting better and better. I’ve done this before while replacing defective ESCs. Opposite to what DJI claimed S800 was a dangerous toy not a professional photography MR. It had some capabilities to be a professional MR after replacing esc, gps, arms, IMU and adding the damping plate. Let alone changing Z15 board and adding retracts. It’s a shame to buy a so called professional photography MR and spend so much time and money to get it work.

Watch out with this kind of statement....DJI might charge you extra :tennis:

But the best part is still to come: Now a bunch of guys will jump on and get the "new" arms....soldering their "old" ESC's and motors to the new arm.....in a few weeks the "new" ESC's will arrive.....so the oaks will have to solder again. Maybe 2 weeks later the "new" motors will arrive and the blokes start their soldering iron again....the third time !!!!
Why is that damn company not capable to throw "new" arms, ESC's and motors at the same time into the market. Whatever they touch, it turns into sh*t.......thats what I call professional.

No Support from DJI till now

Just had, as a lot of other people too, a very bad crash with the S800 because of the vibrations. most parts broke, a lot of work with gimbal and adjusting and a lot of money is gone... No support by DJI....

Here the crash video, you can see at the and, when the new S800 starts to drift away, no reaction by RC anymore ...

1°/ WHy people must change the arms, are there a problem ? Video assume ?
2°/ By theirself ? Not by you Dij ?
3°/ Why they have to pay, to you, for replace them ?
4°/ Do you waranty the s800, after user resold theirself the esc ?
5°/ how much arms more stiffners ? Now are the shears disapears ?
6°/ what are New motor, new esc, new propellers do on the S800 Evo, better than only new arms ?
