there doing that here too, same at the federal level. it is a good thing, makes it way to easy to heard animals around and to save the energy of the hunter to not have to hike over the next hill to see whats there. You get the same laws in a car in most states called road hunting, etc.

Seems to me that it takes the "sport" out of hunting of you just sit and drink beer waiting for the animals, instead of working off the beer belly by walking around looking for the animals... :)

pretty much turns into eating not hunting.... not to mention if you had gone to the lengths to get that animal around you, been at it all day and some jerk with his phantom goes blowing by and scares your animal... Even just when side by side ATV came along screwed up big game hunting in general

I can understand it for trophy or regular hunting, but down here and in many other places throughout the country there are severe problems with varmints. No sport needed there, just systematic destruction. That's when UAVs become very helpful in locating them.

Some guys are using them to located feral hogs here in TX, supposedly it's a big help.

I saw a bit on an outfit in Louisiana using FLIR to locate hogs in the the thick brush. Anything to get rid of the outlaw porkers is fine by me.

UAV will work for tips:

Like all depredation hunting goes, all the rules go out the window when your dealing with varmits and ruining crops, all a sudden you can straffe with machine guns any hour, etc. on the ground

Mmm, pork
