Hi from Scotland

Hi forum peoples. I'm new to the multirotor scene, having just purchased an IFLY4. My name, as those of you who are good at working out puzzles will have noticed, is my username. But< you can all call me Sir!! No, just kidding, Tony will do fine, cos I've been called a hell of a lot worse in my time. I've been doing RC cars and aircraft for the best part of 40 years, on and off, and currently work in a small Model shop. I'm looking forward to reading the forums, and getting a lot of information from you guys. I'm hoping, that in the near future, I'll be building my own design Quad copter and also, hopefully trying out FPV........when the funds allow! During the lengthy time I've been involved with the RC scene in general, I've picked up a fair experience of batteries and electrics. So, hopefully, I wont just be asking questions, I'll be answering them too :livid:

Best regards, and good flying

Tony

Hi Eddie, yes, Scoonie Hobbies. And yeah, the bug has bitten well and truly. Picked up a KKv2 board and a 4 port speed controller today at a swap meet. Also, eyeing up a DJI Naza and gps. In the middle of drawing up mental plans for another quad as we type. Next time you are passing Scoonies, pop in and say Hello.
