A few weeks ago, I got my hands on a Heli-max 1sq Vcam from Tower Hobbies on their scratch and dent sale. It was only missing the SD card, so naturally, it was 65% off! Score, right?! I wanted to use one of these to take videos of my job sites (I'm a general contractor in central Florida). I sent a few videos to clients and subcontractors and got rave reviews. Guess what happened next...
If you guessed "ordered and F550 ARF, a Naza Lite + GPS, and a Futabab 8JH", you are correct. I haven't ordered a battery or charger yet, but I have a few in mind. Before I go whole-hog, I want to get it in the air. Once that is achieved however, I'm leaning toward the Fatshark Attitude with the Trinity head tracker, along with the Immersion EzOSD (based on some recommendations from some of the fine folks on this site). Obviously, this will be a work in progress and I have a ton of questions that I'll be posting.
Anyway, that's enough for now...I just wanted to share my excitement with people that will understand. As opposed to Mrs. Gatorlane who thinks this is "dorky". Psshh.
