Need Help! Help with x6follower

Hi guys I have recently brought a x6 follower drone and I think I have stuffed up the start up process as I can not get my drone to fly , I have tried a couple of times but still nothing any advice short of hitting it with a hammer will be greatly appreciated I can get the props to spin but will not lift off
