Help with an IR trigger

Guys,
I have seen a posting of this before on this forum I just can't seem to find it again.

I have a Sony Nex 5n on a DJI naza MR and using Futaba 8FG TX. I would like to trigger the video and Photos from the tx. Which products do I purchase and how do I set it up on a 3 position switch when the futaba uses S-Bus?

We've had very good results with www.rcshutter.com

(Should clarify, these have all been Canon IR shutters and one Sony/Canon LANC) If the Sony NEX uses IR I would expect similar rock solid performance.

The trigger I am using for my Nex-5R is for both video and photo, and uses separate channels for each. However, I combined them into 1 three-way switch, and when I move up on the switch, it fires the shutter for a photo. If I move down on the switch, it toggles the video on off. The down side is that photos will always be in twos (i.e. when I moved from the middle up, then later when I move it back to middle).

So I wound up ordering the Gentled Shutter plus which can be set up on a 3 pos switch. It should be arriving very soon.

I am using a Futaba 8FG with a R6208SB rx. The RX is connected to my Naza via the s-bus and the channels are assigned this way:

1 Ail
2 Ele
3 Thr
4 Rud
5 F2 Tilt control for Alexmos board
6 3 pos switch for course/home loc
7 GPS/Atti/Manual

Which means I still have one conventional port on the RX remaining.

When I get the IR shutter can I plug it in to the remaining conventional slot on the RX and not have it affect the s-bus connection with the Naza?
