Hi
i am new to Multirotors and i got a gaui 330x for christmas.
BUT i haven't been able to get it of the ground, it keep flipping over
I am pretty sure its not the flyer 'me',
Because i must have tried 25 times but it always flips.
can anyone help?
Is there any MULTIROTOR flyers in the south west or somerset that can help me.

Alex, That must be frustrating.
post up a photo of it.
Did you follow the instructions to the letter?
Sounds like either some props are on the wrong motors or one or more of your motors is connected wrong.
Or you have the motors wired up the GU344 wrong.
Have you set the gain quite high? Its worth going through the instructions again to double check everything is as it should be if you havn't already.

Fly,crash,glue,repeat!
Yes as Steve says, check your motor direction, if its wrong reverse by swapping 2 of 3wires .then check your props are mounted correctly and the right way up.

sent from my phone using my finger.

Everything looks as per, in your pics, just recheck your wiring. I have my gain set at around or <50% so it could just be throwing a bit of a fit @ 100%, I think when I first flew mine the gain was set at about 70% and it oscillated so I dialled it down till it was steady. I notice you have the green wire connected so it could be the settings in the Tx. Try disconnecting the green wire and set the gain at about 60%, switch between cruise and hover with the dip switch on the gyro, best to switch it to hover for a start (green light). give it a good push to get it up out of ground effect, in hover you shouldnt have to touch your cyclic stick at all and it should just lift straight off.
When I use my Tx to switch between cruise and hover (green wire connected) I set my Tx setting for gyro at 30% and 70%, if you set both cruise and hover to 50% for a start then adjust as necessary. I would say forget about the remote switching until you get it flying properly.

Hi Guys , this was originally a RTF from my store and of course there fully test flown before dispatch so it left fully functional .
I think the problem here is either no flying experience or something has been changed in the radio settings somehow as usually when flips occur it is wires in wrong or channel mixed up , Props on wrong or something ?
So if there is anybody down that way that could maybe hook up with Alex and take a look and see what the problem is :)

Alex , Check your wires inbetween the esc and motors , and make sure they match in this order Motors at 1 oclock and 7 oclock , and 11 and 5 o clock are the same colour as per the manual .
It is only a thought , but looking at the skids in the picture this has been off the ground and in a bad landing and it could be a possibility that the cables have come apart inbetween the motor and Esc and then put back in wrong.
