New Product help, brand new quadrone sparrow, wont work blades wont even spin, never used, new out of box

hi I just purchased the quadrone sparrow w camera drone, I charged it, and turn them both on, first wouldn't sync...once I got synced..thats it, blades wont spin nothing, its literally brand new today...and I cant use it. help plz, u can msg here or email me a mommacassx2ya@gmail.com


this is my first real drone, we have copters and boats and hovers...im pretty irritated at this point. help!!!

how close to a airport or a no fly zone are you? as dji locks you out of them.
