Hi all, just thought i'd drop in and say hello scince im new to this forum business. Been Flying for some years now, that is planes and helis, wanted a bit of a change and guess what? Multirotor WOW. When I saw a clip on Youtube after my mate told me about them, we both ordered a couple of Jakubs Quads and Hexas with the boards that you have to build up youself from him. I was so impressed with them that I wanted to go that one little step better. Thats after searching the net I came accross a guy named Geoff from Quadcopters.co.uk. When I visited his place thats when I realised what a propper multicopter is all about, from the little kids toy that I had it was time to move on, thats when I was talked into a new board. Thanks Geoff :black_eyed: Thats what happened when i got back home to the wife lol. Scince then I decided to build my own as that is what i enjoy the most of, I am looking foward to chatting to you all, and hope that I can recieve any tipps that may be rquiered from you all, as I'm a bit of a newbee.
Cheers
Rob
My first attempt was ripped by wife and kids nameing it THE JELLY COPTER lol

Hi and welcome to the forum...
It came as a complete surprise that someone else in Nantwich was into multicopters. We're 3 miles south of you, small world isn't it ?

We most lightly have bumped into eachother then, I don't think my van is un-noticed lol. Which club do you fly at andy?

We are running a MK Hexa 2 with Full MK electronics. We just added GPS and had the first test flight using it and the new Graupner MX20 yesterday and was suitably impressed even in the high wind.
Only a few weeks ago I was driving back and saw the sun setting over the lake, had the copter in the back but just didn't have the time to take it up for a quick flight, probably would have bumped into you there.
I'm Lec the other half of Z -Axis BTW. welcome to multi rotor forums.
where do you fly normally?

I fly at Crewe model helicopter club most of the time, but I have flown around the lake a lot. Even on the estate set back from the lake where I live. We will have to meet up mate, It would be a good crack.
