I´ve destroid my qr 350 pro. so with the transmitter devo f12e , the receiver rx705 and the control flight devo m.
i would like to built a bigger drone.
the target is 50minutes of flight.

anybody know if the devo m can control 6 or 8 motors?

How I choose the motor , prop and batery to reach the desired flight time?

Welcome to the forum!

It looks as if the flight controller only has 4 outputs. So you may need to update to a newer FC.

I think your best bet for getting very long flight times is to do some research on low Kv motors with large props, and pump the numbers into ecalc to see what you can come up with.

50 minutes is a lofty goal.

Mission planner is for the APM flight controllers. APM 2.5, APM 2.6 and pixhawk use the mission planner.

APM should work with any radio/receiver. You will only be limited by the number of available channels.

It appears that the receiver you have is a 7 channel - and you may find yourself wanting/needing more.
