Hey guys (and I'm sure some girls), hope you are all well.
My first post here on this forum and hope to contribute and learn here. We've recently started a new drone manufacturing company, SteadiDrone, with the hopes and aim to provide top quality high-end airframes and RTF kits, at an affordable price range compared to what is currently available out there. Our SteeadiDrone H6X for example is less than half the cost of another system with more or less the same included extras. When starting our journey more than a year ago, we began with MK, which lead to a huge crash and then gave Arducopter a try, I don't see too much talk about this amazing system on these forums, but since switching to Arducopter, w've done well over 5000 flights, including big commerial jobs, feaure films and more, without a single issue at all. The Arducopter code is so good now, it's just amazing, and the features it includes, for FREE, are even more amazing and we've been using it on all our big octo EI8HT builds. Currently we are flying the Photohigher camera gimbals which are fantastic, but also have our own gimbal in the works.
Our airframes are pretty sweet and hopefully you guys think so as well, they feature a 'quick release' plug and fly arm system, with only a single screw per arm, which takes less than 2 or 3 mintues from in the case to in the sky. The motor wires remain soldered directly to the ESC but still allow the arms to be removed and folded down for travel in the included Pelican case (RTF kits) The way we've designed the airframe also puts all the ESC under than main frame, far away from the control board which removes any EMI and also drops the cog for better flight performance. I think our frames look pretty damm good too
and offer red or black motor mounts and boom mounting parts. Below are some wuick pics of my drones we fly everyday, and obviously make up the SteadiDrone range, check out our website at www.steadidrone.com and please let us know your thoughts, comments and suggestions, we hope to provide you guys with the best possible frames at the lowest possible pricing, there are really high-end high quality airframes that work, everyday, all day.
