GPS Jamming NOTAM Aug 2014

I see there is another GPS Jamming NOTAM for Sennybridge (South Wales) which is active until 15th August. I was surprised to see that the possible area affected is 180NM which virtually covers all of England and Wales and the South East area of Northern Ireland.
My question is: I assume this makes any GPS dependant ( ground station) Uav flight until 15th August very risky. Also, for fixed wing Uav's that are wholly dependant on GPS does this mean that they are effectively grounded during this jamming exercise?
How far reaching were previous exercises? Any comments please?

It's a land based one on this occasion where as often they are aerial (aircraft) and directed out to sea.

I would treat it as a serious constraint with the mitigation being avoid GPS dependant flight modes.
