I think this refers to the range between the gopro and the wifi remote, do you think will be the same for the live preview via the app on a Tab or smartphone?

Mine just arrived and it works on the bench. I will get it in the air this weekend. The iPhone app for live view is not out yet. It shows in the manual how to use it but it's not released yet.

I powered up the go pro and new wireless system today. It seems to be a pretty good set up. There is a less than 1 second delay when you press the camera button. I am using it on a F550 with a wireless downlink. When you take a picture you get a short blank screen and then the live view comes back quickly. The highest I used it was about 50 feet. Not sure what the range is. The remote trigger is nice, just 2 buttons but it
is a little tricky to reach over to your other wrist and take the picture. I found that holding it in my left hand against the transmitter worked best. Need to figure out how to mount the iPhone on the transmitter to use the live view once that comes out. Hopefully soon!!
