Any of you guys have tried that out....

Balanced the blades and engines and I still don't get a steady picture...

I think that I got a lot of vibes in the S800 and in hover it is jumping up and down.....

I am going to put on some wight to see if that would help...

Hi rsun,

japp did it today had a Gopro on the center plate of the S800 and yes there were a bunch of vibs that could be seen on the cam. I didn't balance anything yet since i am just to lazy these days. I am not really concerned though to tell the truth. Essential for me will be the S800 zenmuse combo. But one thing is for sure vibration isolation when using anything else than the zenmuse as a gimbal ( were i guess the vibration isolation will be included in its mounting construction) will be something that has to be done wisely with any of the other given Camera Gimbals.

ill post some of the video from the hard mounted Gopro and you tell me if its comparable. In my case it was windy and i am far from having found the right gain settings, or at least for the weight I have on the bird at the moment.

So you got it back in the Air @ Boris?

I have a GoPro vid from last night. I mounted it on the centre plate looking straight at the IMU trying to see if their was some vibration causing my strange flight problems. I'm away from my gear until Wednesday, but can post the video then if it helps.
Eoin.
