Good Radio Harness?

For a Futaba with a monitor mounted to it, would it be worth it to get a tray, such as http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00DVW21ZG?psc=1
or just go with a good shoulder harness?

Any opinions?

That's the one I bought about a week ago on advice from Droider. I really like it, now I can be mobile when I want to fly instead of dragging my tripod and monitor around. I still like that setup at times but the tray gives me mobility. Bought mine from RC-Drones.
