FPV Repeater System (RC link) - Anyone tried this?

Howdy,

Anyone tried one of these repeater systems yet? I really like the idea of this to use with my Graupner system. I also like the fact that I could put it up in a tree when flying in forested areas and not actually have to be in the tree myself to fly.

No but my EZUHF probably gets me more than 15kms anyway so no need to do so, the limiting factor is the video.

Are you using it with Graupner TX/RX?

Also, I am doing research in rainforest habitat and having something like this that I could just run up a tree on a line would be great. I just need to get the copter in open sky and then trigger waypoint flight.

I used it with a jr 11x and dragonlink and it seemed to cure the lack of ppm but it made another piece of gear to set out...... would be really cool to put it on a flag pole and fly inside a house or the like
