FPV Camera Order: Range Video

Hi all,

I'm not sure where to put this but it was technically an FPV order. Mods feel free to move this if you need to.

My wife, a recent breast cancer survivor (this comes into play in a moment) tried to get me something for Christmas and placed and order with Range Video. They later contacted her and said that she needed to send them a picture of herself holding her card and ID. She thought that was strange but did it anyway. Then, "Vova" the owner told her he didn't like how she looked and cancelled the order. She attempted to explain why her hair is different (she's had cancer), but he just kept saying over and over how she doesn't look right until she broke down.

The woman has gone through hell to stay alive and then gets humiliated by the owner over something as simple as an FPV camera order.

She's crying and keeps telling me she's sorry.

Sorry to hear about this. Its hard to imagine that can happen. Not sure why anyone would request a picture of her card and ID, that doesn't prove anything anyway.

Sorry but I'm a bit skeptical because this is your first post, but if this is for real, hopefully someone from Range Video will comment on this and do what they can to apologize and make this right.

Hi Chuck. Certainly not the way I wanted to have my first post. There are some wonderful people in the community and I would have loved to have shared better times about other things - anything other than something so horribly cruel.

As for Range Video, I had ordered from there before, but this was her first time. The person she originally spoke to was "Rose" and then "Vova". Neither of us will ever make that mistake again.
