Just thought I would post a thread to thank every one who helped me out with the flying at altitude issue.
Well We did it. We successfully flew at approx 11,000ft in Peru with out much loss of performance, still being able to shoot the CX730 on the DW ADX3 and get the shots. We filmed in places only the might of the BBC could have arranged. IT was the most AMAZING trip. I am posting all about it on our Facebook page
www.facbook.com/aerialvue.co.uk.
I will be more than glad to help members out planning high altitude forays as we now know we can do it, well to 11,000 ft anyway.
Here is one of us and the great Professor Brian Cox at Maras Salt Mines.
