In my limited research of info for Hexa and Octokopter info, I have noticed that some people love th MK boards and some people hate the Mk boards because of the way that you have to assemble so much of the actual board. Some people have stated that MK will not stand behind their products. I am a newbie and am trying to get as much info as I can before starting my project. In my search I came up with this bit of info.

It's been my experience that every vendor overstates the capabilities of their hardware and only a few come close to delivering on their claims. I hope when
that equipment is released someone will post an honest assessment here as to how it works.
Fwiw, mk stuff still works great
