Flight Control consistency. - Anyone seeing a problem here or is it just me?

OK..

I currently am flying 4 SuperX Flight controllers, 2 Naza 2/gps flight controllers and a ZeroUAV Gemini flight controller.

And ALL of them seem that they can be inconsistent.
I have one SuperX that always works all teh time on my RC Rotors Hex, but besides that one, i am seeing a rig that is perfectly tuned on one day get twitchy the next.

Both Naza rigs will be VERY smooth on one day, and then the next with a tiny bit of wind are twitchy as hell. I have 1 super X that is perfect on some days and weird on other days.
And now today my Gemini FC on the ZeroUAV HighOne which was so buttery smooth i was blown away, i take up and it’s smooth.. but all of a sudden had some slight twitches.

So I want to know... can 5mph of wind require a tune change? Is this because it’s cold as hell outside?

Reference. 3 different radios are being used so it’s not a radio problem. 1 JR, 1 Hitec and 1 Futaba
The rigs were flown and tuned and made to be smoooooth. Brought in and parked.. not touched until the next time I flew them.

I am starting to think that I have some kind of cosmic energy force that allows me to have 1 day fo perfect flying and then ruins my FC’s?!

Anybody else experience anything like this?!

you don't even see the affects from gain tuning till it hits wind of any speed. That's kinda where the highway meets the rubber. The cold could be making it that way too, are you aclimating the rig or just walking out of a hot house and flying?

it's an energy vortex from all the beer you pour into the septic system, it's taking over, duck..... hahaha

This is probably true.

Today I gave the one rig a good 20 min of acclimation and the first flight was a bit twitchy, and the second flight a good 40 minutes into the weather and it was the same.
The same rig in the same temp a week ago was SMOOOOOOTH.

And I understand having a rig tuned at ZERO wind and then hitting 30 mph gusts, but i can;t believe that getting it smooth in 10 - 15 is gonna drastically (like flying a different rig) change in 15 - 20.

Hey guys.. just get out there and buy away.. this stuff is EASY!
:nevreness:

I have 35 years experience in RC and this AV stuff makes me want to put a gun in my mouth some days.

I'm convinced that the very nature of these mass produced tiny circuits (such as the MEMS) are all susceptible to any and all interferences. Magnetic, solar winds, cell towers, microwave towers, wifi, etc. We are in such an RFI polluted world that it is amazing these things fly as well as they do. When you look at the real science behind antennas you start to see how everything in nature has a natural resonating frequency. There are also so many opportunities for overlapping harmonics that it might be next to impossible to try and make a filter or system that defeats them all. It would be like meeting a slutty chick at the bar and wearing 10 condoms, putting a bag over her head, wrapping your body in bubble wrap and hiding your name and cell phone number. It might keep you safe but it is just too much hassle and time consuming. Ok, maybe that was a bad analogy but you get the idea. Then again this is just my thought, having very little scientific proof to back any of this up. but I am sure most of what we deal with is interference. Or maybe it's all those aliens standing in front of Home Depot, they are watching you.

in particular when there in metal cases and i believe any imu that is real now days is heated to warm up to temp and not go through temp drifts like he has going on. weird that all his stuff does it, know what i mean

We have rf explorers, most of the time we see nothing, but you get in a city, next to cell sites, transmission lines and yea, stuff acts weird for sure.... hell i get weird around the stuff these days, swear i can feel rf

the smoothest flights i have gotten were after it rained or when there was a lot moisture in the air and little wind of course.. no bobble when descending, just smooth as butter with a side of biscuits. seriously- naza btu if you don't have enough channels an on dji to adjust gains. some day's i look out side no wind-flag in yard still--- get out there happy= choppy flight. next day slightly windy but more humid think it's not going to be good=smooth as glass. this is verified on dji stuff and my small micro heli's with no gps. not sure what the deal is but i think it's atmospheric "stuff"

Temp, moisture altitude wind solar flares core magnetic shift beer the night before all play a part.. I am having to retune re calibrate daily at the moment up at 67ºn solar flare activity has been high so could just be that
