Haberdashers/Fabric/Materials shops have been the best for me, especially if you don't mind it being blue and are handy with an electric carving knife or hot wire cutter.
Other than that you're looking for "pick and pluck" foam, so its whatever size sheets you need.

just found that forum via google and Cabes link (madmodder) is really great. Brilliant Idea!
I always used pre-cutted foam to make an individual interior for my flightcase but I think this is much better. Thanks a lot
a little update:
For a video-job i will be in germany for about one month and my client there suggested to get me a custom made case for my stuff with an individually milled foam inlay for my whole equipment. (For safe transportation by plane) Now he just sent my the website of the company where he ordered it, which looks really great to me

someone already heared about that flight case configuration site ? According to my client they even ship it for free (to my UK address)
I'm very very exited about receiving it and to check out weather everything will fit it
