With the Kratos we need about 1200 grams lift for each motor.

Test of a new Plettenberg Orbit 15-34 with the Mejzlik 15x5 propeller.


This combo had a 5 minutes test run on 1200 grams, with an ambient temperature of 26° the motor reached a max temperature of 48°, so in total 22° above ambient.




Plus/minus Amp's draw by different weights and config's,


Hexa AUW 4Kg: 15,9A

Octo AUW 7Kg: 30,4A

Just a few questions: Would it be possible to make that part, where the DJI landing gear is attached , in black....?

I am talking about this one:

I guess, in case I want to fit a Zenmuse to the Kratos, the space underneath the LiPo cage will not be enough, meaning the legs will be too short. First I was thinking of just making the landing-gear booms longer, but than the weight of the copter might be too high up. Another option I could imagine (if someone want's to use a Zenmuse) is to remove the LiPo-cage and mount the LiPo's on top of your landing-gear carbon plates.....???


I know....you can't have it all :tennis:

Black isn't a problem Chris.

Your correct that when you want to use the Zenmuse you need longer 25mm carbon booms (we have them on stock) on the leg's, but when you lift of the legs on some blocks during the startup calibration
of the Zenmuse you don't need longer booms ;)

Other mount systems that don't do the compleet 360° roll calibration like the Zen will just fit with the standard length booms.

Because the weight of the battery's are part of the wiredamper system you don't want to move them to a other place.
