Finally!

Welcome to MultiRotorForums.com!!
If you've been hanging out here for any length of time you probably know that my family and I have been trying to sell our house every spring for the last four years. It's been a huge pain in the arse and a perpetual time suck that has made doing everything else really difficult.

We're happy to say that the house has been sold (at a substantial loss!! thank you sub-prime mortgage meltdown!!) and that we'll be moving at the end of May.

I'll be trying to keep up with everything at the site but if you contact me for something and I don't respond, please try again. If you need immediate assistance please try to PC (private conversation, our version of a PM) SleepyC or one of our moderators, @Benjamin Kenobi or @Carapau

Congrats. Terrible position when you have to sell at a loss but if you're buying again it really doesn't matter. Mods never answer pms. lol

Ive answered every pm you have sent me! Well Bart, in the UK house prices are always the top topic as they always seem to go up. If you are moving from one house to another then the rises and falls matter a lot less (unless you are moving up or down the property ladder) so hopefully the fall in prices wont effect you too much. Drop me a line Bart if there is anything I can do in the meantime. All the best.

Congrats on house sale, Bart. You can thank the gangsters over on Wall Street for your sub-prime woes. Best of luck!

Thanks Gary, we didn't have a subprime mortgage but the whole country definitely felt the earth shaking as the financial system was melting down!

We had our offer accepted on a house in the area so we're on our way to a May 18 transition. New house, new neighbors, and a new shop in the basement between the oil tank and the furnace!
