Feedback on folding props.

I am curious to hear some feedback as the s1000 and some other manufacturers start making more folding props. Are these structurally reliable? Are they a PITA to balance? My main thought/question was really if they tend to self balance or make vibrations worse by not being rigid. Can you even use a conventional balancer or do you need to use a SRH blade type balancer?

I'm working on a writeup comparing the first gen S800 Evo folders to the current version (same version as used in the S1000) as well as to the 15" T-Motor props. I'll post it here when I get it wrapped up. My general view is that the folders have enough positives to make up for any deficiencies, but I want to complete some more objective tests before concluding anything.
