there are some issues with motors sometimes.
swapping them across and see what happens.

pmu faulty
naza has about 0.1 % of failing
most of the time : Motor / pmu

Try raising your gain on Basic and lowering them on ATTI. My favorite starting point is 145/145/130/150 and ATTI 90/90 with 30% expo on elevator and aileron channels............
When adding expo, do you do this before or after calibration w/ the NAZA Assistant?

I don't have the Naza yet, I expect it next week. I'm only guessing but it sounds like you've got vibration issues. Have you tried balancing your motors? (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QnjflLDxQQU), Also, have you tried balancing you props? (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N02NHYrpA0g). Look for anything that could be sending out vibs and lastly, try to isolate the Naza as much as possible. This stuff is not cheep but is good. http://www.vibrationmounts.com/rfq/vm08010.htm

If you done all this and the problem continues than you are right, it could be faulty.
