Failsafe help!!!

When I turn off my dx7s I get the throttle on the assistant software to go above 10% but the slider doesn't go into failsafe but go's to Manuel ???
Is this right or am I doing something wrong???

You'll want to make sure you change the end point of the Gear channel for the "binding pre-set failsafe" process.

Then change it back to normal after the bind process.
