FAA is blocking commercial use of quads?

It would be best if the title of this topic thread was mellowed just a bit..... it implies that the FAA is determined to work against this new technology and that is a bit misleading and divisive - IMHO.:dejection:
They have been instructed by the US President to come up with a solution to enable the sharing of public airspace is a way that benefits all while minimizing public risk.
