Hello all,
I am pretty new to this multirotor hobby but decided to dive in anyway.
This evening was my second time out with the hex and it fly beautifully "but" upon descending, it started to twicht a bit. Can anyone turn me on to what i should be checking or fixing so this goes away.

Thanks in advance

Benjamin

If you are coming vertically down then this perfectly normal as the aircraft descends through the dirty air created by its own props. The only way around this is to either descend at a lower rate or add in some lateral movement so that the aircraft is descending in clean air. Your gains may also require some tweaking but even with 100% nailed gains, multi rotors do not like descending vertically at anything other than a slow rate.

Thanks Carapau, it is also doing this when I put it in gps hold as well. Perfectly lock on and hold position one moment then twitching to one side or the other the next.
Another thing I noticed was that one of the engine was relatively more hot than the others. I am ordering one or two more engines for swapping out and testing at this point.

Any other sugestions?
