F550 kit assemble - 1 motor probably bad?

I received my F550 kit yesterday, started to assemble and install the Naza FC, got everything wired and was almost there.

When I fired it up for the first time, 1 of the motors just sits there and jerks rather than spin a good clip like the other do. I installed the motor in question on a different ESC and it does the same thing. Is this common for DJI motors? If so, I think I will keep a couple extras with me as spares for the future.

I have a nice 3-day weekend and I can only stare my F550 I was hoping to be out flying it lol

I would check the solder joint between the motor and the bullet connector. I would also check with your vendor for a replacement motor.
