F450 w/ Naza will not take off?

Question I have, which is forward on this? is your Naza facing forward?

Also, when you install your battery, make sure your copter has good CG. that battery like that will make it take off weird and it will drift.

I presume your white legs are front?

Lots of good thoughts here. Don't forget to also double check the motors are plugged in to the right position. I am sure if you go back through it you will find something that was missed. I have done it before. As you have heard already... be carefull!

Red is the front.. what do you mean motors plugged in the right way, are you referring to the 3 wires from motor to esc's?

He would be referring to the ESC connections to the Naza, yes the 3 wire plugs.

If your looking at the back of your quad, Front right motor would connect to M1, front left to M2, Rear left to M3 and Rear right to M4.

Your Naza with the connections that go to your ESCs should be facing forward, or you will see all sorts of problems.

Harry, please take a picture of your quad without the battery on it, I would like to verify the direction of your Naza, I can't tell with the battery in place.

View attachment 8531 it would appear your blades are on correct, but they need to be turning in the direction shown.

All motor rotations are correct, naza facing the right way with the esc connections to the front. However when I lifted off the top plate to view the naza I realised in had come lose from the sticky pad underneath, could this be the problem why it's flipping? I have just replaced the pad with a stronger one and will do a test flight.

Depends on if the Naza was loose prior to it flipping or if it came loose when it crashed! looks like you have checked pretty much everything do you have means to record and post video of your troubles?

I am having the same issue.. DJI F450 with a Naza Lite.. Props are on the right way, all motors are spinning the right way and the Naza Lite is facing forward..

I just built a F550 with all the works and didn't have one issue.. lol

Not sure what the issue you have is.... Can you describe it better? Thanks :)

Small 8" props the 450 doesn't want to take off and the 10" props it takes off but left stick is pinned and barely has power..
