Basically, I am in the middle of building my heavy lift Octo, and when I mounted my new motor the power cables are coming up about two inches short of what I need. In the past I have read some stuff on the web concerning the length of motor power leads and that the can cause some problems.
If anyone could cherp in I would appreciate an help in this area.
My motors are the Tiger 4012 340KV, ESC Maytech Opti 45amp, the motors power lead are 18gauge. if you would like to see the size issue I am talking about you can look at this thread.

Basically the arms are 420mm while the motor leads may be around 450mm. In my case to keep everything clean, I just needed to get another inch, on the leads for it to work, I have some other ideas where it will work fine I just want keep it as clean as possible and I feel the other way is not the optimally the best way to get there.
cheers
