Once in a while you have an experience that brings a smile to your face, I just had one. We needed a DJI S1000 for an upcoming job and they are near impossible to find 'in stock', they're all pre-sold. A sweep of UK dealers confirmed this until I talked to Kings Lynn Model Shop. They were just receiving their first shipment but they were all committed to customers and had been for a while. Steve listened to my predicament and promised to do what he could to get us one from the second shipment. So I left it at that.
An hour or so later I answered a phone call, It was Steve. He had an S1000 for me, right now! After I picked my self up off the floor he explained he had contacted existing customers and politely asked if they minded waiting for their order and struck lucky. I jumped at the chance and ordered it there and then. Less than 24 hours later it was delivered.
This is what I call service and I want to give Steve and KLMS the highest possible recommendation. They are late comers to selling multi rotors and perhaps below most people's radar. I have dealt with them before for radio gear and always had the same level of service.
The anonymous donor also deserves a pat.
