ESC Terminal blocks / Pros or Cons

Hi All

I am in the processes of building my first Multi rotor and I am wondering if anyone has or know reasons not to use terminal blocks on the frame to connect the ESC controllers into. My thoughts are rather than having to un-solder and re solder when replacements ESC are required I could solder a terminal block onto the frame. I would use threadlock to make sure the terminal screws did not loosen. My other thoughts against doing this was voltage drop across the join and of course a little extra weight.

That's what I did with my Tarot 680. Even though it had solder pads on a PDB, I felt the solder pads could be a weak point , especially on a folding frame. I just took two pieces (one for + and one for - ) of 1/2" X 1/2 " alum. about 1 1/2 " long and drilled bunch of tapped holes to connect all escs and Battery plug and accessory plug. It works great so far.
