Electronica Rc ESC's

Hey,


Has anyone tried these? Just rebranded China ESC's? They advertise them for multirotor use and they run at 400Hz. I have also considered Pentium 60A ESC's for the Skyjib octo w/ Orbit 15-20's

Most of the "usual suspects" will accept commands at 400Hz - it's not so unusual. It's only half the story though - the ideal ESC for MRs should also have no throttle smoothing on the motor side. This is the purpose of the SimonK firmware. Castle Creations' latest firmware also has this feature (though I see also that the input side is running at only "100+ Hz") as well as the forthcoming OpenPilot ESC.
