Need Help! Drone will not fly

Recently bought my first drone as a hobby. Huanqi H899c. I've flown it 3/4 times not had any problems. Turned the controller on today, then the drone, controller beebed to sync and lights were steady flashing on the drone. Camera on the gimble was moving and responding, but the drone was completely unresponsive ? Please help an enthusiastic begginer !

Did you move the left stick to the lower left and the right stick to the lower right to arm it?

Yes, no movement at all

Have you tried turning on the drone first then right after that the transmitter?
